How to Use

  • Replace up to 1/3 of the regular wheat flour with whole toasted soy flour. For an added texture, use the Whole Gritty Soy Flour which adds some pieces to the mix.
  • Add Toasted Soy pieces or Toasted Soy Halves for consumers to actually see the soy in the soy enhanced bagels. Just mix in with your dough.
  • The Toasted Soy Pieces can be used as a topping on the bread as well
