How to Use

  • Replace up to 1/3 of the regular wheat flour with whole toasted soy flour. For an added texture, use the Whole Gritty Soy Flour which adds some soy pieces to the mix.
  • Alternatively, add Whole Unsalted Soynuts for consumers to actually see the soy in the soy enhanced bread. Just mix in with your dough.
  • Soy pieces and Soy halves can also be used, but do not have as high level of fibre as the whole soynuts. Soy without the skins also has a little richer flavour profile.
  • The Soy pieces or Gritty Flour can be used as a topping on the bread as well, but must be added after baking as the soy will burn during baking when exposed to the oven heat
